Personally appeared the above mentioned Indian Six Killer and acknowledged the above valuation is not his property but is the property of James Foster, it is therefore ordered by the Commissioners that the above valuation be carried on the Register of payments to the Credit of said James Foster, and that a Certificate issue to him therefore, and that no Certificate issue to the above mentioned Six Killer on the above valuation"
