Gunter also claims damages for that the place was occupied by a number of creek Indians under his permit and protection and that in the Spring of 1833 some white men violently drove off said Creeks and kept possession of the premises 4 years untill the present year when Gunter attained possession again. The land is worth $400 per acre per ann for 15 acres - 240 - 5 acres worth 300. Gunter also claims the valuation of the ferry two and a half miles the last place on our survey [Old Creek Path] but upon the closet examination we are satisfied he never had a ____ of the place.
