"It appearing to the satisfaction of the commissioners by the report of the Cherokee Committee, and the proof accompanying the same, it appears that Chung gung wahlees kee, the wife of Hammer, is entitled by heirship to the improvement of Jack Weaver, on the Etowah River, whereupon it is ordered and adjudged that said valuation be transferred to the said Chung gung wah less kee and that a certificate issue to her therefore."
