[The description of the first house does not fit in the structure text box; I have continued it here. Parts of the description are illegible and need review]
[I am not sure how to input the "30 buildings including a smokehouse, barn, storehouse, stable and negro houses." I currently have these structures under a single "other" category.]

"One [...], a passage of 10 feet, with a piazza of 20 feet, the one in front by 10, with a room at each end one of 10 by 8 feet the other 20 by 10, well finished 2 rooms of 20 by 10 feet in the same, well finished, a marble stone chimney to each of the said rooms, a marble stone chimney to one end of the house and one partly marble to the other, with two fire places on each, and good marble hearths in the said chimneys, being fair chimneys with six fireplaces, said house is well underpinned with nine doors, good marble [...], four feet high on one side, and the other not quite so high, floor swell laid with good pine plank, a nice [frame?] of stairs, with a good closet to them, three rooms above the stairs, one [10?] feet square and one 20 by 10 all with [...], in a good set of stairs of marble in front and a lot of the same kind to one of the little [rooms?], 11 [paneled?] doors, with good knob locks to each, 12 windows below with [lach?] and glass in each, also Venetian blinds, 14 windows above with [lach?] and glass in each, and the said house is well painted on the inside and outside, there are also six chimneypieces, elegantly erected and finished."
