    At the time of the valuation (May 15th 1837( Landrum was living in Wills Valley, Dekalb Co. Alabama.

    Landrum was also awarded a further $1752 in compensation [included in the above total] for lost income deriving from land which he was illegally dispossessed of: 30 acres of upland worth $4 per acre per year and of bottom land worth 6$ per acre per year of which he was dispossessed in Spring 1834; 54 acres of upland worth $3.50 per acre per year and 47 acres of bottom land worth $6 per acre per year of which he was dispossessed in Spring 1835. These claims were approved on June 7th 1837.
