"partition of Benjamin Timberlake respectfully shows that at the time his improvement was valued by the valuing agents, said agents neglected to value a set of house logs [which] were already prepared for rasing and hollowed together. The dimensions of which are as follows: 48 logs well hewed 19 feet by 17. 9 ribs and 6 upright poles, 2 ribs 12 inches [?] + 19 feet long with hewed boards 5 feet long + very wide. Your partitioner therefore asks, that the commissioners will place such a valuation, as in their judgment may seem alright. Before me the 15th of Sept. 1837 Johnson Rogers, [?] Committee."
