    "Sep. 21st 1837 Col. Shaw one of the valuing agents came before the commissioners and stated to them that in entering the rents to J. Buffington, that a mistake had been committed to the prejudice of said Buffinton - to the amount of $990.00 that the aggregate of rents due to Buffington amounted to $2190 instead of $1200 upon which it was ordered by the commissioners that said amount $990.00 be placed to the credit of said, Buffington."
