"This improvement has been once valued to Old Cornsilk but not paid for. The improvement rented out by the State in 1832 and Cornsilk was dispossessed in 1833. Cornsilk's wife and sons above named, took possession of the improvement again and made a crop in 1834. They were dispossessed again by Joseph Ford, who remains in possession up to the present date. Old man resides at the time on Etowah River. Rent worth three dollars per acre."

"Archer Bowcutter, Corn Silk, and their mother where where Benjamin Bobo resides."
