    "The following cabins were on the above premises in good order when the claimant was dispossessed and their size and description traced from their foundation and other evidence."

    "The foregoing claimant was dispossessed under the laws of Georgia of his mills and 448 acres of his land in the Spring of 1834. It is submitted to the commissioners to allow him $400 annual rent for his mills and $3 per acre for his land up to the end of the year 1836 making the sum of $5232. Of his Brickhouse and other tenements together with the remaining 347 acres of land he was dispossessed in the spring of 1835 the same annual allowance of $3 per acre for his land together with $400 annual rent for his house and several tenements are submitted make the sum $2942 + $5232"

    "March the 8th, 1837. The suggestions and returns of the valuing agents in relation to Joseph Vann's claims for spoliation was taken up and considered - the items for house rent and mills disallowed the entire allowance for spoliation and rent allowed in his favor: $6140.00"
